Colchester - Hospital

Completion of the project - Nov 2024

As part of the construction of the Dame Clare Marx Building (Essex and Suffolk Elective Orthopaedic Centre) at Colchester Hospital, our team at JTFalcon Ltd was responsible for the professional installation of the façade. The works included the installation of façade systems on a modular structure, requiring precision and close coordination with the main contractor.

The new building is a three-storey orthopaedic centre with eight operating theatres and 72 beds, designed to significantly increase the number of procedures carried out and improve patient comfort. With our extensive experience in installing a wide range of cladding systems, the project was completed efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

The result is a modern, durable, and visually appealing facade that complements the innovative character of this state-of-the-art healthcare facility.

London Hayes - Assembly Buildings

Completion of the project - Nov 2022

On the prestigious Assembly Buildings project in Hayes, our company JTFalcon Ltd acted as the main installer of the cladding systems.

Assembly Buildings form part of the wider regeneration of the historic Old Vinyl Factory site, once home to EMI, where records for The Beatles and The Rolling Stones were produced. The development includes three modern residential blocks with more than 180 apartments, alongside retail and commercial spaces.

As the principal installer, we were responsible for the full installation of the façade – from preparing the substructure and fitting bespoke aluminium panels to completing detailed finishing works. Through our experience and close coordination with the main contractor, the project was delivered on schedule while meeting the highest standards of quality and safety.

The result is a modern and elegant façade that enhances the overall character of the development and contributes to the successful transformation of The Old Vinyl Factory.

Chelmsford - Riverside

Completion of the project - Jun 2019

JTFalcon Ltd was the main cladding installer during the major redevelopment of Riverside Leisure Centre in Chelmsford. This flagship leisure facility includes state-of-the-art swimming pools, an ice rink, a gym, and fitness studios.

Our team was responsible for delivering the full installation of the façade systems, giving the building its modern appearance while meeting the highest standards of quality and energy efficiency. With many years of experience in cladding installation, we ensured the project was completed safely, efficiently, and with great attention to detail.

Faversham - Premier Inn

Completion of the project - July 2021

For the construction of the modern Premier Inn hotel in Faversham, our JTFalcon Ltd team was responsible for the professional installation of the cladding systems.

The hotel, featuring 84 rooms and conveniently located near the M2 motorway, was completed in 2021 as a new development for the Premier Inn chain. As experienced cladding installers, we worked closely with the main contractor, ensuring top quality installation, safety, and a high-standard facade finish.
